Daryl Kenningham Group 1 Automotive, President and Chief Executive Officer Daryl Kenningham has served as Group 1’s Chief Executive Officer since January 2023 and as President and a director since August 2022. He served as Chief Operating Officer from August 2022 to December 2022. Previously, he served as President of U.S. Operations since May 2017 and Regional Vice President since July 2011. Prior to joining Group 1, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Ascent Automotive in Houston and previously held a variety of sales, marketing, finance and automotive-logistics positions with Gulf States Toyota in the United States. He also held various sales, marketing and vehicle distribution positions in the United States and Japan with Nissan Motor Corporation, where he began his career in 1988. Kenningham earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida. |

Douglas Greenhaus VP, Regulatory Affairs, NADA Douglas Greenhaus represents dealer interests before federal agencies such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Department of Transportation, and the U.S. Department of Labor. He advises and counsels NADA members and staff on federal regulatory matters, is the author of numerous trade publications and educational materials, and frequently speaks at industry engagements. Before NADA, Greenhaus worked for the U.S. EPA and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has a B.A. in Political Science/Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont, and a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University. |

Kevin Tynan Global Director of Automotive Research, Bloomberg Intelligence Kevin Tynan is the Global Director of Automotive Research for Bloomberg Intelligence since 2009. With 25 years of investment research experience, Mr. Tynan began his career as an equity analyst at Argus Research, covering the global automotive, auto parts and auto retailers industries. As a senior analyst, the "Financial Times/StarMine" ranked Mr. Tynan the top stock picker for the automobile parts segment in 2007. He was the No. 2 ranked automobile manufacturing sector stock picker according to "Forbes/StarMine" in 2004 and again in 2005. Mr. Tynan graduated from Saint Anselm College with a BS in business economics and is a member of the college's Athletic Hall of Fame. He received an MBA in finance from St. John's University. |

Lionel Rainey, III President, LR3 Consulting Lionel Rainey III is the owner of LR3 Consulting and Public Relations based out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Lionel is a native of Alabama and a veteran of the United States Coast Guard. During his time in the Coast Guard, Lionel served as a search and rescue team member as well as a member of their tactical law enforcement team. Since founding LR3 Consulting nearly 10 years ago, Lionel has assembled one of the highest win percentages in politics on any level in America and elected dozens of state and federal candidates. In addition to elections, LR3 has guided a multitude of business, corporate executives, athletes, and public figures through increasingly difficult public relations situations. Lionel recently moved from Baton Rouge to St. Tammany parish with his wife and two young sons. |
