Buddy Bolton, president of Bolton Ford, Inc. in Lake Charles, served for nine years as a Director on the LADA Board representing District 7A. He was appointed to serve on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for three years in a row. He served as President in 1996.

Buddy has been involved in the automotive business since 1968. Bolton Ford was opened in 1976, and has been the recipient of numerous parts, sales and service excellence awards. Buddy is a past president of the Calcasieu Automobile Dealers Association.

Buddy has been active in his community where he is a member of the Rotary Club of Lake Charles, Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce of Southwestern Louisiana, serves as a Junior Achievement board member, and is on the Advisory Board of the New Orleans Museum of Art. In addition, he provides support to local schools. Bolton has been rewarded by his work with others on special projects for the Calcasieu Parish Public Library System.
